If I had to make one dish that was representative of my life, it would definitely be a surf and turf something in the Iberian peninsula vein. A lot of smoked pork. A lot of clam. A lot of mussel. And it would be spicy. It would be probably a stunning paella. From [FOREIGN], and I think the reason that I would want that is it's salty and sweet. It's boldly flavored, and it would represent a Hodge Podge of influence. That would be me.
