This was a wonderful Christmas breakfast.  Unlike the other reviewer, I didn't find preparing the potatoes time-consuming at all.  We served breakfast right on time.

Light, tastey, delicious pear dessert.  Easy for the results also.  Of course, it needs whipped cream for serving!

The cake is delicious and the idea wonderful.  The problem was that the filling did not set when cooked per the directions.  This resulted in layers sliding all around and filling oozing from all sides. We had to scrape the filling out, add cornstarch, and cook more. I'm not sure if cooking the filling longer the first time would correct this.

Nothing I want with beef rib roast, but a great dish nonetheless. It gave me a great reason to buy kale.

A total failure!  By not opening the oven (per the directions), I could not detect that the popovers overcooked to the point of being inedible.  I question the timing/temperatures indicated.

Very good idea.  As with most recipes for shrimp, the timing for boiling the shrimp is is way too long, but I know how to boil shrimp, so I just ignored it.

First-rate.  Very well-received by guests at two dinners.

Delicious!  The challenge is convincing people to eat chicken liver.  I had no takers and was, therefore, afraid to give it as a gift.
