username123321These were easy and yummy! The jam was great, but I used raspberry preserves with fresh raspberries. I also used low fat vanilla flavored yogurt instead of Greek yogurt. I did not add anything extra to the yogurt because it was already vanilla flavored. I did offer honey, maple syrup and cinnamon sugar as toppings. YUMMY!

These are super yummy, easy and light! I used raspberries and instead of canola oil, used vegetable oil and instead of whole milk, I used non fat milk. These muffins were super easy and great! Not heavy like regular muffins or mushy. Note* I made the crumb topping, but ended up only using half.

The dough is super! I am saving this recipe just for the dough! I am not crazy about pecans, so that did not work for me, but if it was a different nut, I would have LOVE the topping. It was relatively easy to make, and I am just learning how to cook different things. I recommend this if you like pecans.

I have made this twice already. So YUMMY! Anything with bacon and fried eggs seem to work! I also add cheese and instead of lettuce, I use spinach. I also add mayo and mustard too. I think you can add what you like and it will just come out super yummy! And of course, its very easy!
