thyme4usI had no problem with the filling setting. It was rock hard. I had to take it out of the fridge an hour before serving. I used half milk and half dark chocolate for the filling. It was quite tasty but way too rich. It tasted like chocolate fudge. If I were to make this again, I think I would make more of a mousse type filling with the pretzel crust.
