D-LISH!!! My 11 year-old son gobbled it up... he really loved the flavor of the soup. The cilantro really gave a freshness to a rich-flavored dish. Can't wait to make it again!

Excellent and different way to prepare pork chops. Brining really helps to keep the pork juicy. The pork stayed juicy a couple days later. This is definitely a keeper.

Wonderful flavor!  I made this using thinly cut short ribs... it was a smashing success at my birthday dinner party.  Everyone asked for the recipe!

Fantastic recipe!!!  I doubled the recipe.  It is a time consuming process to roll out the dough, cut and score each piece, but it is worth it.  I recommend lightly flouring the surface you roll out the dough on so it doesn't stick.
