This is the perfect Sunday dinner, make with mashed taters to soak up pan gravy! I am a huge lemon and garlic fan so I used much more than recipe calls for.

WINNER!! My husband rarely gets excited over any food, but this he said "taste like a $14 salad from a fancy restaurant!" Would feed 4 if we both didn't go back for seconds. Can't wait to make it again, and this time pair it with some wine!
