Indian Coconut Fish Curry

Made this recipe for friends on the weekend and it was well received. I wasn't insane about an underlying mild bitterness that it had. When I reheated the left overs last night, I picked out the curry leaves and enjoyed it much more. I'll make it again without the curry leaves next time.
