sharonsacciRelatively simple to make and the plums with the Chambord were delicious. However, I think there is an error in the recipe. Baking time calls for 1 hour -- I baked it for only 40 minutes and it was still too long. Pastry was way overcooked. Would like to know the correct baking time.
