This is a beautiful cake. It looks and taste soooo good while you're mixing it up. Then you bake it and it's kind of dry. The Ganache is really good, but the cake is not.

This fish is incredible! If you haven't fallen in love with a fish recipe, you've found it. The blend of Asian aesthetic with the buttery cabbage is sublime. Yum!

Watch out! We got to the end, put in the broiler as instructed - and voila - in 30 seconds the whole dish was aflame. Aside from that, we agree somethings missing. I suggest adding some yams, in place of rutabaga, etc.

Quick and great flavor.  Here's what I did the second time to improve:  Cook the chard in a large, non-stick pan with the 1 T of the butter.  Boiling the chard leaves you with too much water in the pan.  Cooking with the butter also intensifies the Orange sauce, which is killer.

Served up to great response...Roasted tomatoes have unique, intense and sweet flavor...Personally I prefer bread with Insalata Caprese on top...REMEMBER to preheat your oven to 300F and give 1.5 hours to roast tomatoes...
