sfoanddenQuick and great flavor. Here's what I did the second time to improve: Cook the chard in a large, non-stick pan with the 1 T of the butter. Boiling the chard leaves you with too much water in the pan. Cooking with the butter also intensifies the Orange sauce, which is killer.

Served up to great response...Roasted tomatoes have unique, intense and sweet flavor...Personally I prefer bread with Insalata Caprese on top...REMEMBER to preheat your oven to 300F and give 1.5 hours to roast tomatoes...
