Great flavors, but I would keep everything whole rather than blending it, especially when using large artichokes. They tend to be tough and make the finished result somewhat stringy.

Excellent, healthy and fast! I'm definitely adding it to my weeknight repertoire. Though if you want to save some for lunch later (if it lasts that long), remember to hold the walnuts until serving or else they get soggy.

Quick and easy, but the olives overwhelm the somewhat delicate taste of the rest of the ingredients. I think I'd use a small amount of capers instead to achieve the same saltiness.

This is a great, elegant weeknight meal. Personally, I would cut the amount of egg yolks to perhaps 2, the sauce has a bit too much of an egg taste otherwise.

This is an incredibly flavorful summer salad, it only tastes better the next day.

A wonderful and well-balanced salad, pair it with something spicy or eat it on its own.

Great and simple dip, but the proportions in this recipe are a bit large, it is probably best to halve this recipe if possible.

This stew is amazing, simple yet complex and perfect for a night in with friends and family.

Very tasty, but the dough is somewhat difficult to work with and the filling is a bit dry.
