sarah_aThe best texture of any ice cream I've made at home. I also wanted to make some chocolate ice cream, so I skipped the vanilla bean, poured only 3/4 c. of cream in the measuring cup, and added pieces of good dark chocolate until the volume got up to 1 1/4 c. then proceeded as directed. Delicious and creamy!!
