Smoky Seafood Cocktails

I love the way that you did the seafood with the arromatics- very flavorful. The smoky seafood sauce was too strong for me. The bottled chile sauce was the problem. In mixed in some mayonnaise, and that improved the flavor.  Thanks = Richard
