This one didn't come out very well when I made it last winter, but I'm pretty sure that I wasn't following the directions precisely. I'll try it again this winter and see what happens, because it looks like it would make a great lunchtime staple to take to work.

I made the blueberry version. This is a very simple recipe, and the candied ginger was a stroke of inspiration--it adds a wonderful, unexpected tang.
