White Chocolate–Coated Grapes with Orange Curd

This is a great recipe.  It is a great surprise for guests since you make it ahead.  Made it once for a romantic evening and another time for a football game.  Went well for both events.  Great lite snack for those heavy appitizer events.  Kids love them!  Looks tough, but real easy!
