The marinade for this steak was a awesome mix of ingredients that I have never seen together before. My wife and daughter said it was a great twist to a plain piece of beef.

This is a very heavy pasta dish.  Quite satisfying.  Just add a litte scrambled eggs, and it would be great for a Sunday brunch.

The grilled Poblanos and onions worked great together. However, I didn't add the sour cream.  Just salt and pepper.  Worked great just seasoned that way.

Tried this for the first time, great turn out.  The Citronette was an added bonus to the grilled flavor.

Receiving my first magazine, I picked this shrimp dish to tryout on my family, everyone just loved it. Even the kids! Added this onto pasta.  Pick bigger shrimp to make a main course.
