oneheart1993Okay, so its Saturday afternoon, I'm making eclairs and cream puffs from a recipe out of FOOD AND WINE, OCTOBER 1979, yes, 1979..I wanted a change from the traditional chocolat frosting..so what better place to search...Now I come across this recipe,..half milk, half water. beat with mixer....I had to try it..OH NOOOO...Please stick to the basic recipe. This batter was to loose and the puffs did not come out crisp at all...I think someone needs to research some back issues, October 1979..Now this is the perfect cream puff/eclair recipt
