Yum.  This was a very tasty way to use up several ingredients from my garden.  I would have given it five stars, but felt that it needed a little kick at the end (for which I added some Paprika).  It went great with our tri-tip.

This is an excellent, tasty, healthy, and easy weeknight meal and would be an excellent side dish to grilled meat. Before serving, I had to adjust the seasoning quite a bit. I would suggest adding a total of 2 teaspoons (or more) of the cumin, lots of ground pepper, and at least 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika (especially if you want it a little spicy). Don't forget the cilantro and yogurt, they adds great pop and texture. Yum!
