These were very, very tasty, just wish they had turned out a little crispier. Any tips? Think maybe the reason was that I added a little too much butter/oil; I had cut down the amounts because used far less potatoes, but maybe would have been better with less. I will definitely make this again. Used fresh rosemary and sage grown on my apt. windowsill!
