nanciejaneI quartered this recipe and it was perfect. The heat is just right, and don't be shy with the lime juice and cilantro. They add just the right touch to cut the heat a bit. Also, I baked the wings for 90 minutes as suggested. I baked them on a wire rack, so they were super crispy and not greasy.
