mvasudevaThese were fantastic, with the greens almost melting in your mouth. I used the dried chipotles, not the ones in a can, and it was both spicy and full flavored. I also made one third of the greens but closer to 1/2 of the sauce. I ate the leftovers as a fantastic soup

I loved this cake but also adapted the recipe. I used half milk and half bittersweet for the middle and the same for the frosting. It is easy to cut when it's cold but I think it tastes much better at room temperature. I used about 1/4 cup less cream for the ganache and had no problems--it's incredibly rich but really good. Definitely needs a glass of milk.
