mshattuckDelicious! I used lamb cubes, since that's what I had on hand. I also added a bit more spice blend after skimming fat--no need for harissa!

This was a real hit at the last party I attended. I suspect the piquillo peppers might give the same result as adding smoked Spanish paprika--my modification to the recipe. My host used the leftovers in his omelette the next day!
