awesome!  I cheated the second time I made it and used frozen cubed hashbrowns (fry them up just like you fry up the already boiled potatoes).  Boiling the potatoes pushed my total time to over an hour and a half (the water has to boil, then the potatoes have to cook, then the potatoes have to cool - took forever!)
