It's a wonderful recipe and I highly, highly recommend it!! Adzuki (red bean) and zucchini go surprisingly well with lamb. Adzuki takes a long time to cook so use canned bean if you didn't plan ahead.

Lots of seafood - saffron fragrant and chicken thigh tender. I wouldn't call this a fast dish though, considering marinating being needed for a few elements... a lot of steps and was pretty exhausted by the time I was able to sit down and eat! Guess it's worthwhile when it's for a big group of people (we halved the recipe)
