Good cookie- I didn't have any white chocolate chips but threw in some extra chopped bittersweet chocolate- good texture combo!

A tasty pumpkin dessert. I cut down the sugar to 3/4 cup and didn't have the big soufflé dish, used smaller ramekins instead and cooked for about 40 minutes. Came out moist and flavorful!

it does taste like a truffle- a good way to use up random alcohol in your liquor cabint

great corn muffin recipe.  we made them up and then put them on the grill for an extra smokey flavor.

This was a great divergence from the traditional glass of champagne. we used a blood orange that yielded a gorgeous sanguine color to the drink.
