The soup was definitely a keeper! Reminiscent of Italian Wedding Soup, only a lot easier and more flavorful. I used turkey sausage as that was the only kind the store had. I would also suggest adding the pasta to each bowl instead of to the pot for those who don't like a lot of pasta in soup.
