lynnwThis is one of my favorite ways to cook lamb. It is so easy, can be made ahead and is just delicious. I substitute fresh rosemary for the thyme. The last 40 minutes when I reduce the braising liquid I add carrots and then serve them with the meal. I always get rave reviews and have been asked for the recipe many times
