Ok for a quick week-night meal, but lacks the complex pad Thai flavor that I am used to getting in restaurants. Leftovers are also dry because the sauce soaks into the noodles.

Very hearty and works great as a one-dish meal. It was so easy to make my husband cooked it! It is easy to vary the flavors by adding different sausages too.
