Korean husband and I thought this was ok. I cook a lot of Korean and use tofu quite a bit, but will not make this again.

Korean husband and Phillipino friend (who wishes he were Korean) love this. I sometimes use preshredded carrots and bottled minced ginger to ease prep. Using fresh ginger makes this amazing though. I usually use red onion to make this 'mine'. We love this so much that I usually make a triple batch!

Finally found this recipe again! So easy and delicious. Yummy and healthy (if you use reduced fat kielbasa like Healthy Choice). Fun for company. Could assemble just before they arrive and cook when you are ready. Great informal summer meal with minimal mess and hassle!

Wow! Just made half recipe for the 2 of us. Wish we had made enough for leftovers (ate every bite). Was worried that the tomato or basil would be overpowering, but the flavors melded wonderfully! Husband, who is so-so about tomatoes, raved about it. Could easily pick them out if especially squeamish. Couldn't believe the only seasonings were salt and pepper. So easy and only dirtied a cutting board and a knife. Will definitely make again. Look forward to making for company!
