Awesome cookie! The cookie spreads a lot to create the perfect balance - soft center to crispy edges. Great cookie to fill with nutella or ice cream for a sandwich cookie. I also used 61% dark chocolate and lightly sprinkled the cookie dough with a pinch of Maldon salt right before they went in the oven. Perfect balance between sweet and salty.

I was looking for a healthy dessert with a lot of flavor. Found this recipe and fell in love! The cake was light and airy. I used 1/2 tsp almond extract instead of vanilla extract and fresh orange zest (1/2 orange). The triple berry compote was super yummy!

I absolutely love this recipe! Perfect balance between sweet and tang. I followed the recipe exactly and it worked out great. I brought them to work and everyone went crazy. I will definitely make these again.

Wow! What a hit with everyone at work. The perfect combination of sweet fudgy brownie with a crisp salty crust. I used an 8" square pan,  and had to increase the baking time by 5-8 minutes. I will definitely make these sweet treats again. Great recipe! Thanks F&W!
