kirstenbOMG is this recipe a keeper. This is absolutely the BEST quick pasta dinner I've made in a long time; got rave reviews from my family. I served it with steamed broccolini and a Zinfadel and it was amazing. Fresh peccorino is key, as well as good black pepper. I'll look forward to making this throughout the coming colder months - I'd like to figure out how to make a lower-fat version (though it probably wouldn't taste as divine!!!)
