ken_lacewellVery good dish. I will use regular olive oil for the mango salsa next time, as extra virgin was a bit too assertive. I grilled the shrimp on a charcoal grill, and the resultant smokiness added extra complexity.

This recipe is fantastic, with one exception. I am a confirmed Chilehead, but the heat level seemed excessive for this type of dish. Next time I will use one T of hot paprikla, and one T of mild.
