I made this dish for the first time tonight and my husband and I enjoyed it; the risotto tasted fresh and creamy. I would advise to follow the recipe closely; I got a little carried away with the lemon zest. I really liked the different taste to this risotto. I seved it with broiled asparagus tossed in olive oil and seasoned with a little sea salt, pepper, italian seasoning and garlic powder. The combination was delicious.
