Although the flavor was good and the pork was tender, I thought the sauce was too thin and there was too much of it. I would also add more carrots and other veggies to 'stew' it up more.

Made this for guests and they loved it. It is so simple because you can make the pork a couple of days ahead.  Next time I will add a little less pasta. I served this with a salad and garlic bread.

Great recipe.  The sauce for the steak is fantastic.  The gratin needed more time in the oven and more cream.  The top layer was a little dry.

Very good but don't believe the note about the long list, blad, blah! This takes a long time to put together plus the salmon patties need to sit 2 hours so it MUST be made ahead if you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen.  We liked the recipe very much but I thought between the aioli and slaw it was over 'dressed'. I thik the  salmon with the aioli would be great or with a light mayo and the slaw or served the slaw on the side.

Excellent, great presentation, and company worthy. Next time I would add more veggies as is, it is 'bready'. The flavor of the cheese is wonderful. I used a good quality Emmenthaler.

A different combination and presentation.  I thought the shiitakes needed more of the vinaigrette.  The asparagus should also have the vinaigrette brushed on.

Great recipe.  The guacamole is not real spicy and next time I may not add water to the dressing, maybe sour cream.  I didn't use the sliced radishes but the other toppings are a must.

Very different salad with great flavor.  We just ate the crispy tortilla with the salad.  I didn't know if you were supposed to put the salad on top or ?  It does not work to use bacon around the shrimp unless you have really thing pieces.  Our bacon did not get cooked and we didn't want to overcook the shrimp. I also used proscuitto because I had it and thought the flavor was way too strong and salty.

Great mac and cheese recipe.  I used cream and FF milk as well as some reduced fat sharp cheddar to lighten it up a little and it didn't seem to affect the GREAT flavor.  I don't know that the cream cheese adds anything.

Excellent brine recipe.  The sauce is good but not necessary because the chops have so much flavor and are so moist.

Great idea but I thought the dressing was too tart - too much wine vinegar.

Just okay.  The corn salad was just odd. The cheese slightly melted when I added the corn so the concsistency was more mushy than like the picture.

Excellent soup and quite easy to make. I might omit the water next time and add more buttermilk or clam juice for an even richer flavor.

Very good salad.  It does not look like the photo because the dressing is yelow from the mango and then there is a lot of mango in the salad. Regardless, a nice summer dinner. I served this with Baked Baguette with Lemon Garlic Butter from Bon Appetit.

Mine sure didn't look like the photo and I followed the recipe exactly. I thought this was okay but skimpy on the toppings and somewhat boring.

Served this to guests and we all thought it was great.  Very high in fat however. I could not pick up a strong sun-dried tomato flavor.  All the flavors just melded.

Good salad.  Different than the typical spinach salad.

A little bit of work but good, not great because it is somehwat bland on one hand and a little too much RAW garlic on the other.  Different from the norm and I like that.

Great recipe.  You don't really pick up on a heavy peanut butter flavor.  The dressing flavors really meld.  I did not use the mint leaves. Do not make more than 30 minutes ahead.

I made the rice a couple of days ahead and it worked out great. The recipe is good and quite simple once all the slicing is comple.  I do think it needs more soy sauce.

Excellent! Quail and sliced red onion marinated in an ancho chili mixture with a very flavorful quinoa combo!  Much easier than it looks. I served 2 quail per person.

So easy and the salsa is great.

I didn't cut the broccoli correctly and it did not get done to al dente. It was just not done enough for me even after nucking it for a minute. I already had the sauce on the broccoli and didn't want to ruin it. The sauce was fabo! I didn't use the mint as it just didn't seem to 'fit'.

Too much eggplant.  The flavor is okay but it needs more garlic.  Nice presentation but a lot of prep work.

This was okay.  I thought the topping would be great but it was just mediocre.  The orange zest didn't fit in.

Good but next time I will add more cheese using more fontina. I used refrigerated pizza dough for simplicity.
