It's quite time consuming, but simple and worth it...very very creamy on the inside, you would never guess there's actually chicken inside due to the puree consistency, as it's more like mashed potatoes. Next time around I will not puree that much, and just pulse a couple of times so that the structure of the chicken and vegetables are more apparent.
