Complete mush. Should have known. It's common sense that it doesn't take 35 minutes for tomatoes to cook. These were a watery, mushy mess. Flavor was just ok, anyway. I would recommend subbing some of the goat for feta and cutting the cooking time down significantly!

Just ok to be quite honest! Won't make again.

Simply put, this was terrible. I was willing to eat a parsley salad but the dressing is way too thick. It was a pasty mess.

I followed this recipe word for word and the result was just ok.  I think it has potential but there is definitely an ingredient missing.  For the life of me I couldn't figure out what it needed.  It is healthy and relatively easy (made the cilantro sc. in the morning and the rest at night).  I would make it again but only with modification.

Ok...what happened?  I followed the recipe exactly and couldn't get it to set to save my life.  I ended up cooking it for closer to 50 minutes.  I then put it in the fridge to continue to set overnight.  It did, to some extent, but boy was this frustrating.  Are you guys sure the amounts of egg/milk/cream are correct???  The flavor was great but the texture was off.  I would love to make it again if someone can enlighten me.

This was good but not spectacular.  I would recommend using a fresh pasta.

I thought this was quite easy and good.  I might chop the chorizo next time so that it is a bit easier to eat.  It would make a messy appetizer as is.  The flavors are great though.  LOVED the onions!

Wonderful!  So easy to prepare.  Word to the wise though...easy on the salt.  I would not add it to the filling again.  Pecorino is salty enough.  Mine was a bit too salty but I loved this dish!!!

This was just ok.  I followed the recipe EXACTLY, except I used talipia instead of halibut.  I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce and found the parsley flavor overbearing...especially considering the sauce lacked flavor overall.
