I made the whole recipe. Make sure you reduce the syrup enough, you only want a small amount on top of the peaches when roasting otherwise they are poached,not roasted. The ice cream is divine, overall a delicious dessert.

This version has a lighter flavor than traditional gazpacho, my guests enjoyed it it very much.Great on a hot day.

Served as first course at a dinner party, it received rave reviews. It is a great alternate to onion soup. Easy to make and divine to eat.
