Creamed Edamame and Pearl Onions

I think the blaching water in steps one and two should be salted.  if you are an experienced cook you will do so, but it would be good to specify.  I blanched mine but still the frozen edamame is a little bland.  Other than that, this is a really nice vegetarian dish and very very simple to cook.
