honeyfaulI love a good stew, but I really don't want to waste a good rib eye in making stew...A chuck roast simmered for a long time works best...If time is of the essence, brown the cubes of chuck roast as in this recipe and go one from there

A friend gave me a recipe similar to this...no bacon or carrot, but with diced sun dried tomatoes and it was very good

This is also good on Polenta...whichever you choose, sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese right before serving

Add some grated parmesean cheese to the bread crumbs along w/ garlic chips and some paprika for color.
