This was excellent, satisfying without being too heavy. It was cooked outside the bird, with rich turkey stock. Tasted great, but it was a bit too chunky; it would be worth it to make the apple and bread cubes closer no more than ¾ inches, and perhaps smaller.

This was a disappointment; much too eggy. To me an egg-drop soup should be light; this was more like a liquid omelet.
