Good but not great.  We 1-1/2'd the recipe which turned out to be way too much food for the four of us -- too many leftovers.  The kids (5 & 1)  liked it the 1st night, which is always a good sign.

Reduced fat sausage works just fine --sprinkle with chopped cilantro when adding the last cheese for gourmet taste.  Another F&W recipe we love to share!

Hubby says 4-1/2 stars.  Mmmm.  Used store-bought tzatziki which was just fine on the super-tender pork shoulder slices.  Highly recommended!
