One of the sexiest dinners I have ever had! This account belongs to my husband. He cooked this dinner on Thursday and I was totally blown away!!... so much that he though it will be a cook idea for me to write the review. The fish was beautifully crispy on the outside, and so soft on the inside. Together with the hazelnut sauce, totally outrages! If you want to impress someone…cook this dinner. Absolutely delicious!!

Excellent! Perfect supper dish.I made as per the recipe and fiddled with different cheeses and using a poached egg .Prefer it with the poached, but leave everything as is.Addictive!

Fantastic and really simple to make. I agree with YK you need more than suggested. I made as an appetizer for Valantines dinner for my wife and we shared the reciped amount. Paired with a Bordeaux Rose, great start ! ( entree was the pistachiopesto pancetta wrapped Rack of lamb with chantilly potatoes..also fab)

My wife playfully asked on Saturday morning what I would be cooking for her that evening and have just discovered this site and this recipe immediately new where I was starting. This soup is easy and fantastic....the shaved gills look and even taste a little like chocolate ..excellent!! I follow the advice with the wine and lucked out finding a 05 that was $27.95....perfect start.
