These are delicious! I make mine with sweet potatoes, some onion, and apple and people go absolutely crazy for them - if you think you've made too many, you haven't made enough yet! People could eat dozens - they are truly addictive.

I absolutely adore this drink! I do love gin, but even non gin drinkers will enjoy this... Although, usually it's made with an egg white, which gives the drink a nice texture and leaves the drink with a bit of froth on type - kind of like a fun cappuccino? You can also plop a couple fresh raspberries (if they're in season) on top for presentation!

What a delicious recipe! Even just the chicken simply grilled with the rub on it is outstanding - I'm definitely going to start making this more.
