I'm always excited about approachable looking staff favorites.  But this one fell a bit short.  For such rich ingredients, it really failed to "wow."

This is a wonderfully creamy cheesecake; the crunchy walnut crust and luscious sour cream topping are a great match -- classic, awesome, and very easy to make!
