This is a super fall meal with a great wine pairing.  We chose an easy to find Hogue Gewurztraminer and it was excellent.  The cook time on the tenderloin was a little longer than stated, but nothing you can't figure out without a meat thermometer.

Anything by the master Mr. Raichlen is fool proof! I have done this recipe, it turns out great.  Make sure you get a sprayer or mister that can pass the pulp, otherwise you will have difficulity.  I am doing these once again for our 4th of July celebration!

A great change from a normal burger and very simple.  The slaw is excellent and don't forget the Shiner Bock!

I have done this recipe twice.  Make sure you buy enough rib roast, people will definitely eat it.  Figure about a pound person with bone.  It's also extremely easy.  Enjoy!
