I love simple coffee cakes and this one was a wonderful (and moist) one.  I used a bit less sugar and a bit more lemon than the recipe says and it was still on the sweet side for me, but my guests took seconds, and it was a hit.

This really was quick and easy to prepare (on a weeknight, too).  It's very flavorful.  Obviously, the paprika dominates, so having good quality on hand makes a difference.

This is an easy recipe for a comfort-style food.  I also needed more broth than the recipe recommended.

These were very tasty!  And you can easily experiment with the herbs and substitute what you have on hand or what you prefer.  (Note thatbaked biscuits don't keep well even a day later).

The compote is OK.  It seems to need a little more of something to perk it up (a dash of vinegar or lemon, maybe?).  It keeps well in the fridge.

Very simple and very good.  This dish works great even when omitting the chestnuts and walnut oil if you don't have them in your pantry.

The combination of flavors in this dish turned out great!

This was easy to prepare and makes a nice cold weather supper.  It's a little heavy on the paprika (adjust accordingly if you'd like a milder taste).

These were tasty, but they are difficult to form into burgers (they don't hold together very well).  Might try again.
