dave2renoThere is not enough liquid in this recipe to make a dough. After wasting my time and ingredients I checked other recipes and found that 2 cups of liquid is needed for 4 cups of flour. Maybe the amount of buttermilk should be 1 and 3/4 cups, and along with one egg, which is 1/4 cup, the liquid amount would be right. Not sure I'll try this recipe again unless Food and Wine can verify all ingredient amounts.
