These meatballs were moist, tender and delicious. I will probably scale back on the salt next time, but otherwise I wouldn't change a thing.

A perfect way to put summer veggies to use. This dish is easy and involves very little "cooking" but tastes fresh and delicious. I substituted crushed red pepper for the chili, since that's all I had on hand, and it still tasted great.

I thought this was a really tasty weeknight meal. I probably wouldn't make it for a dinner party, but on a Monday night it did the trick! I use 2% Greek yogurt, as opposed to whole milk, and the result was still creamy and rich-tasting. Yum.

Loved it!  Like an earlier reviewer suggested, I cut the mascarpone in half, which I thought was just perfect.  This was a big hit and I will definitely be making it again.

More like 4.5 stars.  Fabulous flavors -- loved the combination of saffron, honey, almonds and rose water.  Would definitely make this again!
