John Besh has to be one of my top favorite Chefs of all time. Nothing of his I make ever lets me down. The only I didn't have were the scallions (forgot to buy them) but this dressing still rocked!!

I made this for SuperBowl Sunday and it has now become a tradition!  I substituted the passion fruit sorbet (I can never find it) with Mango Sorbet.  Very very refreshing as well for summertime gatherings.

I made these burgers and my family truly enjoyed them.  I would in the future not season the burgers with salt as noted for the caper remoulade is salty and it was just a bit too much.  But it is delicious!!

This had to be the best peas & rice recipe I have ever tried!  It wasn't too spicy.  I followed instructions exactly except I used Small Red Beans in lieu of Kidney Beans.  It was better than any I'd ever had in any Jamaican Restaurant as well.
