This is a delicious chicken recipe. The cinnamon, ginger, lemon and cilantro flavors are definitely North African and much different from the typical preps that we see in the States. The saute-and-roast cooking method results in a beautifully browned and moist chicken.

I used this recipe for a beef tenderloin. It was very good and flavorful. I would add a bit more garlic next time. I grilled the meat to an internal temp of 125 and it was perfect.

These cookies are good, but not very special. They reminded me of chocolate chip bar cookies - when I eat those I always wish that I had a regular chocolate chip cookie instead. The kids enjoyed them and they were different, but there are so many good cookie recipes that I don't think I will make these again.

This tuna has such a nice bright flavor brought out by the lemon juice and anchovies. I used Italian tuna packed in oil, but drained the oil. I also used Italian sardines. This is a great summer dip with crisp vegetables. Followed the recipe as stated. Will definitely repeat.

Made this with homemade pasta for Mother's Day and it was delicious. Be sure to add enough water to make the sauce the proper consistancy. If I made this again, I would make the sauce a little thinner.

Fabulous! This is a very easy to assemble and impressive dish. The whole key is very fresh seafood. Made it exactly according to recipe was results were excellent. Definitely will repeat.

Great recipe for a classic "comfort food".  Made exactly as directed, roast was moist and flavorful.  Will definitely repeat.

Exellent soup that really did taste like a chicken pot pie.  Perfect for a cold winter evening when comfort food is the key.  Be careful reheating it can get too thick.
