Oh my, these are dangerous cookies to have in the house!! Could not leave them alone - finally gave some to the neighbors. Can't make them often, but we will surely enjoy when we do. wonderful.

Had a pork loin to play with and decided to give this one a try. Great flavors and it makes a wonderful burger - all the flavors, this will be a family favorite for sure!

I took this bread pudding to a buffet yesterday and it was wonderful! BUT, the caramel sauce did not work at all! I'm a retired chef (not a pastry chef, but...) so I do know my way around the kitchen and I had to throw the whole mess of sauce away and go back to  my old standby caramel sauce. With it, the dish was great and completely gone in no time! So, my stars rating is for the pudding itself only.

Made this the first time in Dec. '07 - it was just wonderful! The flavors, top notch. Served with Martin Yan's Coleslaw recipe - terrific together.
